Hello, just err on the side of caution when using essential oils internally. The spice or powder works as well for ingesting. As an aromatherapist diffusing cinnamon give you the optimum health benefit. Thanks for the follow! I loved your piece on cilantro I’ve just began to study it’s many health benefits.

I love cinnamon/ Cassia essential oils and use them in my cooking all the time. French Toast with Cassia so yummy. I have found that essential oils what are labeled for food consumption are safe to use internally.
