We use all major carriers. The delivery method is selected at checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What are your shipping charges based on?
Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, and where it is being shipped.
What if I want to change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with a product, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct any errors.
When will my order be processed?
Our products are handmade in small batches please allow at least three days to get them out in the mail.
